What is "Time's UP"?

"Times up" is usually saying something has to be stopped or something has to be finished.

In 2017 there were a lot of sexual harassment of women in hollywood, many actress told they were been rape of those famous person in the world.The announcement was published as an open letter in the New York Times. Members will wear "Time's Up" pins and all-black attire to the Golden Globes this Sunday.

I think it's right that the female actors stand and speak out loud, every one has the right to say no, "sexual harassment" is a very mean, rood, ugly behavior. Also we should serious to face this topic.
